From the Land to the Table
Botanik was founded as a meeting place on Edremit Avenue, in Balıkesir's Kuva-i Milliye neighborhood. Our purpose was simple: to set a real table amid the green, right in the center of the city.
The arched greenhouse window in our logo carries this idea — a window looking out from within, toward the land. Our kitchen works with the same view: a flavor that is seasonal, local, and brought to the table.
With our 150-seat licensed indoor space, our 200-seat garden, and our special-occasion organizations, we host every gathering — from an everyday dinner to a wedding, from a corporate meeting to a birthday.
